Dubelle has expertise in turn-key construction projects. We run record-breaking sales campaigns and attract new and repeat buyers by focusing on great locations, attractive and imaginative architectural designs and offer a client care program that leads the industry.
In 1979, Dubelle’s founding owners dedicated the same passion for workmanship, collaboration and customer care that drives the company to this day. These values were poured into our first project, Terrace Trafalgar, a handsome four-story town home development within walking distance of downtown Montreal. Under the direction of company president Joe Levine, a dedicated entrepreneur and member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, the 16 town homes sold quickly.
Since that early success the company has designed and constructed hundreds of single-family homes and low-density residential buildings in locations close to public transit, shopping and green spaces. Dubelle offers both price-affordable and higher-end housing, with an emphasis on creating vibrant communities that have a positive impact on the surrounding urban environment. Our many achievements have earned us a reputation as a first-class builder with vision and a solid corporate culture.
